All Returns:

All Requests for return must be made within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Artisanaworks must receive return shipment within 14 days thereafter
Returns incur a restocking fee equal to 30% of the Sales Price (Shipping. Handling, and Insurance excluded).
Customer must assume all initial and return Shipping. Handling, and Insurance costs.
Insurance is required on all return shipments
All returns must be wrapped with original packaging material in original box or carton and must include a copy of the original billing.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipment
Artisanaworks merchandise is well packaged to avoid any mishaps in transit. We rarely have had merchandise damaged in shipment. If this occurs, please follow the steps below:
